☐  5. Immunization Exclusion Letters, if applicable

☐  6. Scholarship & Citizenship Report (yellow paper)

If any of the above mentioned items are missing, please contact your child’s advisor immediately.

Thursday, September 29th @ 4:00pm: Girls Soccer vs NEST (Baruch B. 525  E. Houston)

Friday, September 30th – Field Day (submission of Student & Family Handbook Signature Page is required for attendance)
